EmpoWWer 2026 Update
Since 2018, Wray Ward’s EmpoWWer program has supported Charlotte-area nonprofits by providing pro-bono marketing services rooted in our pillars of creativity, shelter, and advancement. Through this initiative, we've partnered with more than 20 organizations, providing services such as strategic planning, branding, creative development, website development, marketing communications plans and more.
For 2026, instead of focusing on specific services, our EmpoWWer program will seek out volunteer opportunities across the Charlotte nonprofit community for our team of 100+ employees. We will accept applications from November 1-December 31 for volunteer opportunities. We are excited to hear your proposals on how our employees might help your organization for a half-day or day-long volunteer experience.
To request volunteer support from Wray Ward employees, share your nonprofit’s story and the ways we can help.
EmpoWWer Lab
Additionally, in spring 2026, we will launch the EmpoWWer Lab, a workshop where nonprofit partners can meet with Wray Ward and brainstorm alongside our agency teams. More information about the event will be released in early 2026.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of the EmpoWWer journey so far—together, we are making a lasting difference in Charlotte.
